Requesting help with an order
If you need help printing the project or if you entered an
invalid e-mail on the order form and did not receive an email
confirmation, please contact us within 3 days after ordering and
we'll be happy to help. We do not resend links to items if the order
was more than 30 days ago.
Credit Card Statement issues
Occasionally a customer will accidentally add a product to the
cart twice or click twice on the pay button resulting in
overcharges. Please contact us within 45 days of your order so we
can credit your account.
We take pride in offering prompt, fair, professional and courteous customer service. If after 5 days you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact us within 30 days for
your money back. We take pride in our outstanding record of customer satisfaction as verified through customer feedback and the Better Business Bureau.

Who authorizes the credit cards?
As with any website that accepts credit card payments, a 3rd
party authorization gateway verifies each credit card before the
transaction is actually processed. Usight (formerly IonGate)
is our gateway and is used in conjunction with NOVA/Costco Merchant
How the gateway works:
Like most gateways (if not all), Usight (formerly IonGate) keeps
a record of customers' credit card information on their secure
server so that credits, refunds or additional sales can be issued as
needed. However, the credit card number is encrypted, so when we do
issue such transactions through Usight (formerly IonGate), even we do not see the
complete credit card number of the customer.
Yes. All sensitive information passing over the Internet is
encrypted before it is transmitted. Usight (formerly IonGate)™ uses SSL (Secure
Socket Layer) encryption technology. Our SSL certificate is provided
